Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has announced the receipt of new contracts and notifications of awarded work totaling approximately 2025 crore rupees. These new acquisitions have expanded the company's order book in the power transmission and distribution (T&D), building and factory construction (B&F), and oil and gas sectors.
The company reported in a filing to the stock exchange on Thursday that these orders were secured in both Indian and international markets. Thanks to these latest wins, KPIL's order volume for the current fiscal year has reached 13,219 crore rupees. Furthermore, the company holds a favorable position or is ranked as L1 for orders exceeding 12,000 crore rupees, providing it with additional visibility this year.
Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and CEO, expressed satisfaction with the new wins in the T&D, B&F, and oil and gas sectors. He noted that the diversified contracts demonstrate the company's technical capabilities and client trust in its execution.
The new order volume brings KPIL closer to its target order inflow for the 2027 fiscal year of 30,000 crore rupees. The company set this goal in May and also plans to expand into areas such as solar and nuclear EPC. As of the end of the 2026 fiscal year, the company's order book stood at 65,457 crore rupees, with an order inflow of 26,400 crore rupees for the 2026 fiscal year.
It should also be noted that in the 2026 fiscal year, KPIL reported consolidated revenue of 27,143 crore rupees, which is higher than 22,316 crore rupees the previous year. Consolidated profit for this year amounted to 1,031 crore rupees compared to 567 crore rupees in the 2025 fiscal year.
Currently, the company is executing over 250 projects in more than 30 countries, operating in the fields of power transmission and distribution, building and factory construction, water supply, railways, oil and gas infrastructure, urban mobility, highways, and airports. The company clarified that the recently received orders are part of normal business operations.
