The Corporatist Janata Party is suddenly inspecting government schools to assess their condition. Recently, the party spokesperson Saurav Das had reached Greater Noida in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Das went to visit a school in Devla village of Surajpur, where he faced strong opposition from local residents.
Saurav Das, along with some other people, set out to visit three government schools in Devla, Jaitpur, and Makoda villages of Surajpur. When they reached the primary school in Devla village, the main gate of the school was locked from the inside, preventing them from entering the premises.
Locals gathered outside the school and began protesting against Saurav Das and his companions. The villagers alleged that Saurav Das frequently conducts surprise inspections of schools, which disrupts the learning environment for children and hinders their education.
When the villagers clearly stated that they were residents of the same area and that everything was running smoothly in the schools, there was no need for repeated interference, a heated argument broke out between both sides, and the atmosphere became tense. As the dispute escalated, Saurav Das backed away from the scene.
Upon receiving information about the incident, local police immediately arrived at the spot. The police calmed and pacified both parties and removed them from the area. Police officials stated that they received information from people associated with the CJP about their arrival at the schools during the afternoon, to which the villagers expressed mild opposition. The police confirmed that peace was maintained at the scene and there were no law and order issues.
Meanwhile, Basic Education Officer Rahul Pawar stated that he received information about some people reaching the schools, after which a police team was sent to the spot. He also mentioned that the people who arrived there were not permitted to enter the school, so they were stopped outside. The BSA claimed that all primary schools in the Devla, Makoda, and Jaitpur villages of Surajpur police station area are functioning completely smoothly.
A video of this entire incident is rapidly spreading on social media. In contrast, CJP spokesperson Saurav Das raised questions on the social media platform 'X' as to why the schools were locked before his arrival.
In his post, Saurav Das wrote, 'I was in Greater Noida today. This is another temple of knowledge that was locked due to the apprehension of our arrival. Schools are also called temples of education, but today the UP government has locked all these temples in Greater Noida. Why is the UP government so scared?'
He further stated that his team came to Greater Noida to inspect government schools under the 'School Theek Karo' campaign launched nationally on August 15th. He claimed that the main gate was locked even before reaching the school in Devla village. Additionally, he alleged that he was being followed and suspicious vehicles without license plates were roaming around him.
