The National Committee of Uzbekistan for Ecology and Climate Change has announced a tender for commercial proposals to develop and implement the digital system 'Fisherman Card,' known as Fisherman ID.
According to the technical requirements, contractors must submit the system architecture, user interface design, and platform usage regulations that comply with established criteria.
The Fisherman ID system will include several functional blocks. Among them are the issuance of fishing permits with an integrated payment system and personal account, an open portal and registry of fishing zones, a booking system and QR pass, a partner personal account, an integrated marketplace, as well as an administrative system with invoicing and analytics functions.
It is planned that this system will be available as a mobile application for Android and iOS operating systems. Furthermore, its integration with the Click and Payme payment systems, mapping services, Telegram Bot API, and other services is expected.
The contractor is obliged to ensure the information security of the system, host it on the committee's servers, conduct testing, prepare all necessary documentation, and train users. After launch, the system will be covered by a technical guarantee for 12 months.
Commercial proposals are accepted via email at ecotourismhunting@uznature.uz, and the deadline for submitting applications is set for September 23.
