Upon arrival at the gates, lines for VIPs and guests moved quickly thanks to assistance from security and ticketing staff. However, general entry sometimes required strict control as some attendees attempted to push through the crowd. Entry and exit via the Gold Rush Dome caused some complaints, as the tunnel leading directly to the dome created difficulties. Security staff did not allow Gold Rush ticket holders or press members to enter or exit without accreditation badges if they were unaccompanied.
